Cost Savings Process and Analysis

We adhere to a structured proven analytical process to help get your school or district the best deal. The proprietary analysis is based on two decades of education industry knowledge, which has been coupled with “Negotiation Essentials” methodologies. These methodologies have been influenced from The University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business and our historical management of K-12 external/in-house implementations.

We are independent and do not represent any Sole Source Provider or Vendor. Independence allows us to be unbiased when providing our factors and recommended analysis.

2. Gather Intel

We gather Sole Source Provider Intelligence to determine what is possible and what has recently been achieved elsewhere, for like-scope products and services under consideration.

3. Provide negotiation Factors

We provide objective negotiation factors that will create leverage, when dealing with Sole Source Providers and Vendors, in order to realize a cost savings back to the school or district.

4. Provide Recommendation

We provide a thorough recommendation based on the investigated negotiation factors. These factors will ultimately impact the cost of the purchased product. The realized hard dollar cost savings could have an immediate impact on the schools and districts bottom line.
