The proprietary analysis is based on two decades of education industry knowledge, which has been coupled with “Negotiation Essentials” methodologies. These methodologies have been influenced from The University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business and our historical management of K-12 external/in-house implementations. Moreover, our proprietary Factors and Negotiation Software™ “FANS” is influenced from the Education Department general Administrative Regulations “Edgar Act”.
